Come One, Come All! To the most wonderful winter festival of all! The Frost Fair was carefully researched by the Department 56 artists and development teams. Their interpretation celebrates a revival of the fair in the 19th century that has roots from mid-evil times. The fair took place on the edge of the Thames River, with winter activities enjoyed on the frozen river surface.
